What data we collect

This site has no membership system or online payment. Personal data is processed only in two cases:

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, region, subject, and message content along with the date and time the form was submitted.
• Server logs: as with any website, technical records of requests (IP address, browser information, request time) are kept for security purposes.

Why we collect it

Information you provide through the form is used only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, and if necessary, to manage the warranty process. It is not used for marketing purposes and is not sold to third parties.

Who we share it with

Your data is not shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or similar third parties. Only the following technical service providers have access:

• Cloudflare Turnstile: protects the contact form against automated bot submissions. Technical data is processed by Cloudflare during verification.
• Our hosting provider: provides the server infrastructure on which the site operates.

How long we retain it

Contact form records are retained for a reasonable period after your inquiry is resolved and are deleted when applicable legal retention periods expire.

Tracking and advertising

This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking tools. No advertising cookies are placed.
